Project Management Analyst (Internship)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and analytical intern to support project governance, dashboard reporting, and post-go-live activities for enterprise transformation initiatives. The intern will work closely with Project Managers, PMO teams, and business stakeholders to monitor project performance, support user adoption, and provide data-driven insights through dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Support post-UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities by tracking issues, actions, and enhancement requests.
• Monitor user adoption, system utilization, and business feedback following implementation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.
• Consolidate project, portfolio, and KPI data to support management and executive reporting.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, benefits realization, and performance metrics.
• Prepare monthly portfolio reports and dashboard presentations for leadership reviews.
• Perform data validation, analysis, and reporting to ensure information accuracy and quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, insights, and enhancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Degree in Business, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation tools would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in data, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in project management, digital transformation and enterprise systems.
