The Data & (Gen)AI Center of Expertise, made up of more than 200 teammates, supports and guides the entire organization in the “AI First for All” movement, by making Data and (Gen)AI technologies accessible so that each team can locally create AI-powered solutions.

Missions

You will join the “Adoption & Experience” team as a Project Management & Communication Consultant, supporting the team while ensuring compliance with standards, a clear governance framework, and the proper integration of use cases with technological systems. You will work closely with a “pizza team” to drive the Agentic AI Communication and Change Management stream.

You will provide operational support across four key pillars:

• Content Creation & Marketing: Design and produce communication visuals for the Agentic website, as well as for other communication materials and channels. Lead the aesthetic and functional formatting of e-learning paths, ensuring a clear, engaging, and consistent user experience across all learning content.

• Network Animation: Revitalize and manage the AI Ambassadors network. Create engagement kits, pitches, and communication briefs to mobilize internal champions across the global organization.

• Event Management: Lead the logistical and communication efforts for the major June 30th milestone, including the "Agentic Kickoff for Tech" event at the company campus (targeted for June 22nd).

• PMO & Strategic Support: Assist in daily stream management, help define communication briefs, and ensure long-term visibility by coordinating with the Digital Communication department.

Practical Information

1. Proven experience in Project Management (PMO) and Digital Communication within a tech or transformation environment
2. Creative Skills: Ability to produce high-quality visual content and simplify complex technical concepts
3. Interpersonal Excellence: Strong ability to engage diverse stakeholders and animate a community of volunteers/ambassadors
