Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage new product introductions (NPI) from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for process improvements, stakeholder management, and project execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations and cost optimization.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in assembly processes.

Job Requirements :

• 10-16 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or related field.
• Strong understanding of NPI process management, including planning, execution, testing, and validation.
• Excellent program management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in PMP certification or equivalent experience with project management methodologies.

EPM – Engineer Project Management Assembly EPM

Location: Doddaballapura (Bengaluru)

Experienced in manufacturing (CM), especially in phone or consumer elections manufacturing. Familiar with related production, materials import/export process, and issue solving

 Experienced in new product development(OEM) and EPM working model with customer management

Strict process and budget control and able to provide suggestions on general working improvement and optimization

 Computer: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PPT

Impendent in decision-making. Skilled at expression and communication cross department

Strong ownership with good professional ethics, and flexible to adapt variable difficulties

Accept OT and Night shift ( Assembly work needed)

EMS FATP Assembly experience is plus
