Project Management Assistant（项目管理助理）

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring project activities and timelines.
2. Follow up on project progress, action items and outstanding matters.
3. Coordinate with customers and internal departments, including Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Purchasing and Warehouse.
4. Arrange project meetings and prepare meeting minutes, progress reports and follow-up records.
5. Maintain project documents, schedules, specifications and customer requirements.
6. Track project deliverables and highlight delays, risks or issues to the Project Manager.
7. Assist in preparing project presentations, reports and related documentation.
8. Support new product introduction, sample preparation and production readiness activities.
9. Ensure project information and changes are communicated to the relevant departments.
10. Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in project coordination or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to follow up on multiple tasks.
