Project Management Assistant / Coordinator / Administrator - Railway

• Support the Project Director in project planning, coordination and monitoring activities.
• Manage and maintain project documentation using ACONEX and records.
• Oversee document control processes using project document management systems.
• Review and monitor the quality of project deliverables before submission.
• Prepare progress reports, presentations and project documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in tracking schedules, action items and project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with quality management procedures and project requirements.
• Support project meetings, technical reviews and client communications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in railway projects, including High-Speed Rail, Conventional Rail, and Light Rail Transit projects.

• Experience in aviation-related infrastructure projects.

• Familiarity with international engineering and construction standards.

• Knowledge of the GCC infrastructure sector

  This position is not a Project Documentation role. We are looking for multi-skilled employees with experience in project planning, coordination and documentation.
