Project Management Associate

We are currently supporting a client based in Rabat, Morocco, helping them untangle their operational workflows and move away from manual tracking. We need a Project Management Associate to support our senior practitioners as they audit and repair these broken systems. You will spend your time documenting what is actually happening in a process, keeping track of task completion, and ensuring no technical detail falls through the cracks. This is a fully remote position that focuses on the practical execution of project tasks rather than high-level theorizing.

What you will do

• Trace data through different software tools to find exactly where an approval or update is getting stuck.
• Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) so that the client team knows exactly how to use the new system.
• Check project logs and task boards daily to ensure that every small fix is moving toward completion.
• Collect status updates from the technical team and translate them into clear, written progress reports.
• Review finance reconciliations or data migration logs to spot discrepancies that need to be addressed.
• Attend internal technical reviews to document the logic behind why a certain process was changed.
• Verify that new routing logic in the client system is working correctly by running test cases.
• Organize project documentation so that everything is searchable and easy to understand for the next person.

What we are looking for

• Basic familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets, specifically how to organize data and use simple formulas.
• Clear, direct writing skills that favor brevity and precision over long explanations.
• A logical mindset that enjoys solving puzzles and finding the root cause of a problem.
• The ability to manage your own time effectively in a fully remote work environment.
• Willingness to learn new software tools quickly, from project management boards to specialized operations platforms.
• High attention to detail, especially when checking logs or reviewing documentation for errors.
• Comfort with asking questions when a process or technical requirement is not clear.
