Project Management Associate

The Project Management Associate assist the Sales and Design Department in overseeing and coordinating modular cabinet and furniture projects from initial planning to final installation. The role ensures that project activities are properly coordinated among the Sales, Design, Production, Installation, Warehouse, and accounting teams to meet project deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations.

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring ongoing and new projects.
• Track project progress from client approval and design development through production, delivery, and installation.
• Ensure that project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables are properly monitored.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Production, and Installation teams regarding project requirements and updates.
• Follow up on pending drawings, material selections, quotations, approvals, and other project documents from concerned teams.
• Ensure that instructions and project specifications are properly communicated to all concerned departments.
• Assist in communicating with clients regarding project progress, schedules, and requirements.
• Report and address client concerns and coordinate with the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Ensure that client requests and revisions are properly documented and communicated.
• Monitor project status and identify possible delays, issues, or discrepancies.
• Prepare and update project monitoring reports, schedules, and progress trackers.
• Coordinate with the installers, warehouse teams regarding delivery schedules, installations and markings.
• Monitor the readiness of modular cabinets and furniture for delivery and installation.
• Coordinate installation schedules and ensure that project requirements are met.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, floor plans, and modular layouts using software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp, while identifying areas for improvement in accuracy and technical understanding.
• Create 2D shop drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render and Canva following the company templates.
• Conduct on-site measurements and evaluate spatial constraints before drafting if needed.
• Help review final plans to ensure cabinets integrate properly with walls, flooring, plumbing, and electrical points documented and communicated to the concerned departments.
• Recommend appropriate finishes, and materials selections as per company materials/swatches base on client style and budget.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and quotations.
• Assist in closing clients.
• Other functions / tasks may be delegated by the Department Head from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years experience in modular cabinets, furniture, cabinetry, interior fit-out, or related industries is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or other CAD and 3D design software, Canva.
• Knowledge of modular cabinet construction, furniture materials, hardware, and finishes.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willing to conduct site measurements and visits when required

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
