What they need

- Work Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an IT project management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully in a digital banking or financial services environment
- Proven experience delivering projects successfully with limited or incomplete tools and resources. Knowledge Area
- Mastery of various project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and the ability to adapt them to a continuous improvement framework.
- A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience identifying and mitigating project risks, both technical and operational.
- Must be Familiar with financial regulations and compliance standards in the Philippines (e.g., Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas - BSP).
Pay: Php130,000.00 - Php160,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
