About the role

To plan, coordinate, and manage company projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the required standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, action plans, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, suppliers, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Track project budgets, expenses, and resource requirements.
• Identify project risks, delays, and operational issues and propose solutions.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to management.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, status updates, and documentation.
• Coordinate renovation, setup, installation, relocation, and store-opening projects where required.
• Ensure project deliverables meet company requirements and quality standards.

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of project management experience.
• Retail, F&B, construction, property, or store-opening project experience is an advantage.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management tools is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
