Currently, we are looking for a driven Project Management Officer, a strategic position responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing company projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while providing the best solutions to support company growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate company projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timeline, and objectives.
• Ensure all projects comply with applicable regulations and company standards.
• Develop, monitor, and report on project progress against established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify project risks (operational, regulatory, supply chain) and develop mitigation plans.
• Serve as the primary liaison between management, internal teams, vendors, and external parties involved in project execution.
• Prepare project status reports and performance dashboards for management and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Business, or a related field,

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, across any industry,

• Holds project management certifications is a plus,

• Experience managing projects with budgets and multiple stakeholders,

• Expertise in budget analysis, cost control, and financial planning for projects,

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to coordinate with various parties (internal and external),

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills,

• High level of integrity, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines,

• Knowledge of K3L (health, safety, and environment) regulations is a plus,

• Knowledge or experience in shipbuilding, dry-docking, port infrastructure, or maritime logistics projects is an advantage,
