Project Management

Position : Project Management (Fix Term Contract 2 Years)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end from initiation, planning, and execution through go-live, hypercare, and closure.

• Control scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, schedule, budget, quality, and resources.

• Maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, forecasts, and project documentation.

• Lead governance, status reporting, decision tracking, risk and issue management, and escalation.

• Manage change requests, impact assessments, approvals, and project baselines.

• Coordinate Business, Product, IT, Security, Infrastructure, Support, and external vendors.

• Manage vendor SOW, deliverables, performance, acceptance, and milestone payment readiness.

• Govern testing, UAT, defects, cutover and rollback, go-live readiness, training, handover, and lessons learned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• 3+ years in IT or digital project management.

• Project planning/control: scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, dependencies, risk, issue, and change.

• Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and Hybrid; Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or equivalent tools.

• SDLC, integration, cloud/infrastructure, cybersecurity, UAT, deployment, vendor/SOW, and handover.

• Stakeholder management; analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, facilitation, presentation, and Thai/English communication.
