Project Management

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with experience in IT project delivery, PMP/PRINCE2, and stakeholder management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects from initiation to closure.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting project timelines or budgets.

• Communicate project updates, progress, and changes to stakeholders through regular meetings and status reports.

• Ensure compliance with organizational processes, procedures, and standards.

  Job Requirements

• Proven experience in managing IT projects using PMP/PRINCE2 methodologies.

• Strong understanding of stakeholder management principles and practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.

• Experience working with Decoding IT Solutions or similar companies is an added advantage.
