About the role

Join our vibrant team at PT KayuKaya Furniture as a Project Management team leader . In this full-time role based in Central Semarang, Central Java, ID, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the successful delivery of our diverse range of furniture projects. Leveraging your expertise in project management, you will be responsible for driving project success from conception to completion.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
• Manage project scope, timeline, quotations, budget and resources to meet and exceed client expectations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, production, and logistics teams to coordinate project activities
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track
• Provide regular progress updates and reporting to key stakeholders
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management practices and processes

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of 3+ years in project management, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate complex project scenarios
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality results and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Self motivated and able to work with high time line environment
• Both Bahasa and English proficient
