1.本科及以上学历

2.英语、工商管理、机械自动化等相关专业

3.3年以上电子制造行业/机械自动化行业工作经验，2年以同岗位工作经验

4.英语专业毕业需要专业八级，其他专业 CET 6，PMP，英语口语流利，能用英语无障碍沟通（硬性要求）

5.熟悉电子制造行业的运作模式，有一定的自动化行业背景

6.性格开朗，沟通能力强、能适应长期国内外出差

1.Bachelor's degree or above

2. Relevant majors such as English, Business Administration, Mechanical Automation, etc.

3. More than 3 years of working experience in the electronics manufacturing industry/ mechanical automation industry, with 2 years of experience in the same position.

4. For English majors, a professional level 8 is required; for other majors, CET 6, PMP, fluent English, and the ability to communicate in English without obstacles are necessary (hard requirements).

5. Familiar with the operation mode of the electronics manufacturing industry and have some background in the automation industry.

6. Cheerful personality, strong communication skills, and able to adapt to long-term domestic and international business trips.

岗位职责描述Job Description

一、.客户管理：

1、负责客户档案管理及维护；

2、负责客户拜访和接待；

3、负责客户关系维护及投诉处理；

二、项目管理

1、负责组织和协调项目团队，将项目目标和任务进行拆解分工，及时跟进和处理项目异常，确保项目顺利验收和回款

2、负责进行风险管控，遇到困难提前预警并及时寻求协助；

3、负责项目组织过程资产的管理，并协助总结项目经验和教训；

三、销售管理

定期或不定期了解行业、客户及竞争对手的发展趋势，动态，需求，产品和价格等，为公司的销售策略和产品研发等提供建议

Customer Management:

1. Responsible for customer file management and maintenance;

2. Responsible for customer visits and receptions;

3. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships and handling complaints;

Project Management:

1. Responsible for organizing and coordinating the project team, breaking down and dividing project goals and tasks, promptly following up and handling project abnormalities, and ensuring the smooth acceptance and payment of the project;

2. Responsible for risk control, giving early warnings and seeking assistance in advance when encountering difficulties;

3. Responsible for managing the process assets of the project and assisting in summarizing project experiences and lessons learned;

Sales Management:

Regularly or irregularly understand the development trends, dynamics, demands, products and prices of the industry, customers and competitors, and provide suggestions for the company's sales strategies and product development.
