PROJECT MANAGEMENT

About the role

This is a project management role within a manufacturing environment, responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion
• Track project progress, material availability, resource allocation, and task completion
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve project issues and remove work obstacles
• Identify project risks, prioritize critical issues, and implement corrective actions
• Monitor project schedules and adjust plans based on actual progress and changing priorities
• Conduct regular project reviews and prepare weekly and monthly status reports
• Communicate project updates, risks, and changes to management and relevant stakeholders
• Ensure project deliverables meet established timelines, quality standards, and requirements

About you

• Graduated from Bachelor or Diploma IV or above in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical engineering or related engineering discipline
• Proficient in English Business (required for interview conducted in English)
• Technical project management capability
• Excellent in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in product or electronic development in manufacturing company (1-2 years is a plus)
• Fresh graduates are welcome
