Job Summary

We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and delivery-focused Project Management Consultant to join our advisory team. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to our corporate clients, evaluating their existing project management methodologies, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing robust project frameworks. You will guide high-impact initiatives across cloud migrations, digital transformations, or business process restructuring from conception to successful deployment. The ideal candidate has a consulting mindset, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of turning complex, at-risk projects into streamlined successes.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advisory & Assessment: Analyze clients' current operational workflows and project portfolios to identify inefficiencies, resource constraints, and delivery risks.
• Framework Implementation: Design and establish tailored project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid) that align with the client’s unique organizational culture and business goals.
• End-to-End Delivery Management: Lead the execution of complex cross-functional client projects, ensuring technical milestones are met on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Stakeholder & Change Management: Serve as the primary liaison between client executive leadership, internal technical teams, and external vendors. Drive change management strategies to ensure smooth technology or process adoption.
• Risk & Governance Management: Establish strict project governance structures, perform regular risk assessments, and author comprehensive mitigation plans for tracking by client steering committees.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain clear project health dashboards, variance tracking reports, and KPI matrices to update senior leadership transparently.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related professional discipline.
• Experience: 4–7 years of experience in project management, with at least 2+ years working within a management consulting firm or an external client-facing advisory role.
• Certification: Active PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credential is highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert command of advanced project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana) and data visualization tools.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a natural capability to influence stakeholders and negotiate solutions during project crises.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise-level cloud infrastructure, software integration, or digital transformation projects (highly relevant for firms like Transcend Solutions).
• Strong familiarity with regional market dynamics and corporate compliance standards in Southeast Asia.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
