Project Management - Credit

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, improve operational processes, and ensure smooth project execution from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of strategic and operational projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project timelines and deliverables
• Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities
• Assist in developing process improvements, SOPs, and operational frameworks
• Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks
• Conduct research and provide insights to support business decisions
• Support ad-hoc initiatives and operational planning as needed

Requirements Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from any major, preferably in STEM, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields
• Fresh graduates or up to two (2) years of working experience are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner with strong ownership and execution mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with data and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or organizational experience in project management, operations, consulting, strategy, or business analysis
• Familiarity with data visualization or analytical tools is a plus
• Experience managing/leading projects or initiatives during university is highly valued
