Project Management Director

responsibilities:

1. Oversee the operations of all 36 solar farm projects to achieve quality standards and energy generation targets.
2. Supervise the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team and establish operating standards, preventive maintenance plans, and corrective maintenance procedures to maximize plant availability and operational efficiency.
3. Plan, manage, and control departmental operations in accordance with technical and engineering standards and the company’s certified quality management systems, while driving continuous process improvement.
4. Coordinate with senior management and regularly report on progress, operational performance, and key issues.
5. Oversee project management, engineering activities, staffing, budgets, and day-to-day departmental operations to ensure alignment with the company’s business and operational plans.
6. Make decisions and resolve operational issues within delegated authority, and propose ideas and solutions to senior management to improve work processes and systems.
7. Assign duties and responsibilities to team members in accordance with the organizational structure, and monitor performance to ensure objectives are achieved.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

1. Male, aged 35 or above.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power Engineering.
3. Hold a professional engineering license in Electrical Engineering issued by the Council of Engineers, Thailand.
4. At least 10 years of experience in project management.
5. Experience in the renewable energy industry would be an advantage.
6. Hold a valid driver’s license and be available to travel to project sites in other provinces.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
8. Experience working with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems would be an advantage.
9. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
10. Able to prioritize tasks, manage urgent assignments, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
