Role Overview As an Engineer , Project Management , you will be responsible for the pre-resource preparation, project planning and follow-up of project transfer to ensure that the project is completed as planned.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for data collection and analysis, project budget and evaluation in the early stage of the transfer project.
• Planning and implementing the transfer project to ensure the realization of the project target.
• Resourcing coordination and follow-up in the process of transferring projects, minimizing resource waste and shortening the project transfer time.
• Training and follow-up of the production process and quality control during the transfer process to ensure the CM meets the project requirements.
• Daily follow-up and quality management of ramp up and mass production in the later stage.
• Responsible for the process and management skills training of the engineer team in the project to avoid insufficient preparation during the transfer process.
• Summarizing deficiencies and experiences in transfer projects and promoting internal improvement and optimization.
• Responsible for the establishment of various management processes in the project to ensure compliance with the company's management requirements
• Other tasks assigned

Qualifications Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/optical/electrical Engineering or industrial related.
• Optical communication-related background is an advantage

Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Project Management, engineering or process positions.
• Preferred: Process experience of optical communication products such as PD\SW\WDM components.

Skills

• Proficient in optical communication product’s process experience.
• Very strong project management experience and resource coordination ability.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production management.

Preferred Skills

• Chinese language skills.
