Project Management Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, milestones, and management dashboards to track project progress.
• Support resource planning, capacity planning, CapEx tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, delivery, installation, qualification, and startup activities.
• Support factory floor planning and layout readiness for equipment deployment and capacity expansion.
• Monitor project risks, drive follow-up actions, and ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and updates for management reviews.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
• Support the development and maintenance of technology roadmaps for future capacity, equipment, and infrastructure planning.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related discipline).
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in project management, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management/tracking tools.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) to support collaboration with suppliers and regional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of project or program management methodologies.
• Experience in data analysis and dashboard reporting.
• Exposure to manufacturing, operations, or the semiconductor industry.
• PCB manufacturing knowledge is an added advantage.
