About the role
Project Engineer/Senior Engineer in Industrial Automation. You will be given the opportunity to take ownership of real automation projects - from engineering and supplier management through machine build, FAT, delivery, installation and customer acceptance。 You will work directly with management, customers, engineering teams and suppliers and progressively develop your capability in technical leadership, project management, commercial awareness and decision-making。
Key responsibilities
- Manage suppliers, fabricators and subcontractors against committed delivery dates
- Understand purchasing, material readiness, logistics flow, packing, shipment and customer-site delivery
- Drive actions and make decisions when project problems arise instead of waiting for others
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, engineers and technicians
- Take ownership of project results
- Coordinate engineering, supplier management and project delivery activities
About you
- Approximately 3-6 years of relevant industrial automation, customized equipment or machine-building experience
- Strong hands-on engineering foundation and practical understanding of how machines are designed, fabricated, assembled, integrated, tested and delivered
- Strong ownership, urgency, learning ability and potential to become a Project Manager
- Good engineering fundamentals and practical problem solving
- Ability to follow up and drive suppliers
- Willingness to take responsibility for project results
