Project Management Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute strategic projects related to cross-border logistics, overseas business, and new business initiatives.
• Support commercial and business development activities by identifying business opportunities, preparing proposals, and coordinating with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Execute and improve operational projects to enhance service quality, efficiency, and business performance
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence to support commercial initiatives, strategic planning, and inorganic growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to drive project implementation and deliver project outcomes. Perform other project-related assignments as required.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis; experience with AI-powered productivity tools is an advantage.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Willingness to relocate overseas is preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
