Project Management Executive

About the role

The role of the Executive is to assist the overall project execution and management related to programs and projects implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the overall project execution and management related to programs and projects implementation
• Assist and liaise with the providers, program owners and projects recipients
• Prepare required documentation and reports in the duration of the project implementation
• Coordinate and organise project meetings, prepare, record and publish relevant reports and documentations
• Organise program/project filing
• Support ICP Recipient Audit activities
• Any other tasks assigned by the superior in the interest of TDA

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• Fresh graduates or entry level with Project Management experience
• Exposure to Project Management will be an added advantage
• Good communication skill with proficiency in written and spoken English
• Highly result-focused with hands-on analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Project Management software application will be an added advantage
• Introductory project management certifications such as CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or Prince2 Foundation
