Project Management Executive

Grenadier is a high growth Retail Campaign Execution Partner in Singapore. We help top brands design, produce and deploy marketing campaigns across thousands of retail outlets - from displays and signages to nationwide installations and logistics.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Executive to manage between customers and our various production departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of customers' orders and that the project deadlines are met.

You will:

• To work with the Accounts Managers from the Sales Department to serve existing customers

• To monitor and coordinate with Sales and Production Departments, and external vendors to ensure smooth service deliveries, logistics fulfilment and timely completion of projects on hand

• Together with the Account Managers, grow the sales from our existing customers

• To manage projects to completion within customers’ deadlines and to customers’ satisfaction

• To understand customer’s requirements and to transmit the information timely and accurately to production

• To provide documented information that is necessary for the successful completion of the project to Production and Outsource suppliers

Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience in Retail Space Planning, or Event Management, or Print Communications (Wide Format printing and/or Digital printing and/or Offset printing) industry, or Creative industry
• Experience in customer service work
• Excellent coordination skills
• Good organisational skills with an eye for details
• Excellent communication skills, enjoys interacting with people
