Project Management Freight Forwarding (Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Execution: Drive cross-functional project lifecycles from initiation through execution to formal handover to BPO stakeholders.
• Key Account Management: Single Point of Contact (SPOC) which served as understand the requirement, escalation contact between internal & client stakeholders.
• Planning & Alignment: Partner with the Operations Team and key business stakeholders to define project scopes, schedules, resource requirements, and baseline project plans.
• Milestone & Performance Tracking: Track timelines, deliverables, and project milestones to ensure on-time execution within established constraints.
• Action Item & Issue Management: Monitor, prioritize, and resolve outstanding action items, operational constraints, and project issues through resolution.
• Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify potential operational and strategic risks proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Process Improvement & Standardization: Analyze existing workflows to uncover process optimization opportunities, drafting or updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance templates.
• Stakeholder Reporting & Communication: Deliver concise status updates, KPI reports, and progress briefings to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Identify the opportunities for the process improvements.
• Operational Adaptability: Execute ad-hoc tasks, operational support, and strategic initiatives assigned by management.

Requirements:

• At bachelor / master's degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.

• Minimum 5-7 Years experience in Key Account Management / Stakeholder Management / Project Management / Business Process for Freight Forwarding.

• Good command in MS-office (Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point, Power BI).

• Good command in English.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Experience in Cargo Wise will be advantage.

• Experience in a multinational company would be an advantage.
