Project Management (Infrastructure & Security)

About the role

This is a Project Management role focused on Infrastructure & Security projects. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor IT projects related to Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, and Cyber Security, working closely with customers, internal technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor IT projects related to Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, and Cyber Security
• Prepare and maintain Project Plans, Project Schedules, Milestones, Deliverables, and Project Documentation
• Coordinate with customers, internal technical teams, vendors, and related stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Organize project meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and follow up on Action Items
• Monitor project progress, timeline, resource utilization, and key deliverables to ensure projects are completed according to plan
• Identify, track, and follow up on Project Risks, Issues, Dependencies, and Change Requests
• Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and Project Status Reports for customers and management
• Coordinate project delivery, customer acceptance, and project handover
• Support billing and invoice processes related to project milestones
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Business Computer, or related fields
• 1–3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, IT Project Management, Project Engineer, or related roles
• Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Able to coordinate effectively with customers, vendors, and technical teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills
• Good problem-solving skills with a strong sense of Ownership and Accountability
• Able to communicate in English in a business environment
• Experience working with IT Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Cyber Security, or IT Solutions projects is preferred
