Project Management - Intern

• About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our Project Management team in planning, executing, and monitoring ongoing projects.
• This role will provide hands-on experience in managing cross-functional projects, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in day-to-day project coordination and tracking.
• Prepare project documentation including plans, schedules, status reports, and presentations.
• Monitor project progress and update stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.
• Support in risk management and issue resolution activities.
• Conduct research and provide inputs for process improvements.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
