Project Management Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking cross-functional projects
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (timelines, meeting minutes, status reports)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (production, supply chain, quality) to help ensure project milestones are met
• Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, including occasional support for client-facing meetings and events as part of the team
• Track action items and follow up on outstanding deliverables
• Support data compilation and reporting for management review

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
