Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• To assist AIS & GIS TPM to do the documents management.

协助项目经理团队管理文档文件工作。

• Shipping doc management including the packing list, invoice, routine test report, BL, Insurance, CQCW, SF6 declaration including preparation and submission.

管理包括准备所有海外项目的发运文件包括装箱单，发票，出厂试验报告，提单，保险单, 质量保证函，气体申明等。

• Bond docs preparation including the Down payment Bond, Performance Bond, Warranty Bond

管理各项目的预付款保函，履约保函以及质量保函申请材料的草稿。

• Apply the (government) invitation letter 办理(政府)邀请函。

Supporting PM to prepare the project payment required documents such as Invoice.

协助项目经理准备项目回款所需的文件资料如发票。

• International Courier Service (DHL): Handling international shipments for documents (e.g., packing lists, invoices) and project spares/materials.

寄送DHL国际快递：如产品箱单/发票等文件、项目备品备件等物料国际寄件。

• Apply the project reference PR in Eflow.

申请各类项目费用PR提交跟进。

• Apply the customer code.

申请客户号。

• Assist PM to coordinate official document stamping and application within the department.

部门内部文件公章申请提交，盖章。

• Reference list summary.

整理业绩表。

• To complete other assignment from supervisor.

完成主管安排的其它工作.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor degree, English/International Trade background

本科学历，英语或国际贸易专业

• Good Spoken and Written English

良好的英语听说读写能力

• Strong time management skill

较强的时间管理能力
