Project Management Office (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implement) (1 Year Contract)

About the role

The ERP PMO will play a central role in governing, monitoring and coordinating the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation project. This position will work closely with Business Users, IT teams, ERP Vendors and Management to ensure that the project remains aligned with its scope, timeline, budget and organisational objectives. The successful candidate should have direct experience participating in an ERP implementation, migration or transformation project involving Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of the overall ERP project plan.
• Define and monitor project scope, timelines, milestones, resources and budgets.
• Track project activities and deliverables to ensure completion according to schedule.
• Identify project delays or deviations and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Support readiness activities before Go-live and ensure a smooth project handover.
• Track overall project progress, deliverables, dependencies and action items.
• Prepare regular Project Status Reports, progress updates and management presentations.
• Monitor project performance against agreed timelines, milestones and objectives.
• Serve as a central point of coordination among Business Users, IT teams, ERP Vendors and Management.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and follow-up discussions.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 2 years of direct experience in an ERP implementation, migration or transformation project involving Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Good understanding of ERP implementation methodology and Project Management processes.
• Experience preparing and maintaining Project Plans, Timelines, Milestones, Risk Logs, Issue Logs and Status Reports.
• Experience coordinating with Business Users, IT teams, ERP Vendors and Management.
• Familiarity with Data Migration, User Acceptance Testing, User Training, Change Management or Go-live activities.
• Strong project coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation, organisation and follow-up skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English in meetings, emails and project reports.
• Able to work on-site in Si Maha Phot, Prachin Buri.
