What they need

Role & responsibilities :

Billing Management: Track timesheets, validate billable hours, coordinate invoicing, resolve discrepancies, and maintain billing records.
Resource Allocation: Manage utilization reports, capacity planning, and resource assignments; support onboarding/offboarding; ensure accurate data in project systems.
Purchase Order (PO) Management: Create and track POs, monitor approvals/payments, ensure compliance, and maintain procurement records.
Prepare dashboards/reports, support audits, ensure data integrity, and drive process improvements.
35 years in PMO, Project Ops, Billing, or Resource Management.
Strong MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
Experience with project/resource planning tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with SAP, DocuSign, or ERP tools.
Knowledge of project financials, invoicing, procurement, and PMO governance.
Cross-functional project support experience.

Preferred candidate profile : Oil & Gas Industry
