Project Management Officer

About the role

This role involves monitoring and supporting project plan implementation and timelines, collecting and analyzing project status reports for management presentation, coordinating with stakeholders and relevant teams both within and outside the organization, managing project documentation including meeting minutes, and supporting the Project Manager in their duties.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in PMO or Project Coordinator roles
• Knowledge and understanding of Project Management Methodology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in project management in government agencies is considered a plus
