Candidate for this role will be working on client project and will be located in Bangalore.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO professional with 2 to 3 years of experience to support a dynamic and high-volume Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) practice. The candidate will be responsible for driving project governance, resource coordination, client communication, delivery tracking, and operational reporting to ensure successful execution of multiple concurrent security assessment engagements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• 2 to 3 years of PMO, Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or Operations experience.
• Prior exposure to cybersecurity, VAPT, IT services, consulting, or managed services environments is preferred.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
• Strong reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity assessment workflows is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Certifications

• CAPM, PMI-ACP, PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent project management certification.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of VAPT engagements across multiple clients and internal teams.
• Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain project schedules and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints.
• Facilitate project kick-off, status review, and closure meetings.

Resource Management

• Support resource allocation and capacity planning for VAPT consultants.
• Monitor team utilization and workload distribution across ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with delivery managers to optimize resource deployment and project assignments.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a primary coordination point between clients, delivery teams, and management.
• Schedule assessment activities, follow-ups, report reviews, and remediation discussions.
• Track client requirements, approvals, and project-related communications.

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports, project dashboards, utilization reports, and leadership updates.
• Monitor project health indicators including schedule adherence, delivery quality, resource utilization, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and audit records.

Process & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to defined project management and internal processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within the VAPT practice.

Financial & Operational Tracking

• Track project effort consumption against planned estimates.
• Assist in invoice readiness, timesheet reviews, and project closure activities.
• Support forecasting and pipeline tracking for upcoming assessments and resource requirements.
