Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise portfolio and program management
Establish PMO governance, processes, and reporting
Oversee complex cross-functional and ERP initiatives
Partner closely with executive leaders and key stakeholders
Coach and mentor Project Managers
Drive risk management, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

5+ years of project/program management experience
Enterprise-scale, cross-functional program leadership experience
ERP or large-scale enterprise program experience
Strong portfolio management and executive communication skills
PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 strongly preferred
