Project Management Officer

The Project Management Officer supports strategic improvement and digital transformation projects, ensuring structured planning, resource coordination and effective project execution. The role works closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, milestones, dependencies and risk assessments.
• Monitor deliverables and maintain project documentation.
• Analyse capacity and coordinate resource allocation.
• Track progress, report on project status and identify risks and issues.
• Prepare stakeholder communications and keep project teams aligned.
• Organise project meetings and support steering committee activities.

Requirements

• Higher professional education, preferably in Engineering, Finance or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO or project support within a project management environment.
• Experience supporting complex projects with a strong IT component and digital transformation.
• PRINCE2, IPMA-D or equivalent certification.
• Experience working in Agile projects.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
