Project Management Officer

I’m looking for an experienced Project Management Officer to support a large IT cloud programme at a major public sector organisation in Groningen.

You’ll be the right hand of the programme manager, keeping the programme running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting and deputising for the programme manager
• Preparing and minuting weekly team meetings and monthly steering groups
• Monthly progress reporting
• Keeping the risk, issue and configuration logs up to date
• Managing access, onboarding and offboarding of project members
• Organising sessions, workshops and the team newsletter

What you’ll need

• HBO work and thinking level
• PRINCE2 Foundation
• At least 3 years of experience in a project or programme environment
• Affinity with IT and its terminology
• Fluent Dutch

Nice to have

• MSP Foundation or IPMA-D
• Experience at a large public sector organisation
• Agile experience
