Project Management Officer - Low Code / No Code Platforms

Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Management Officer (PMO) with experience in low-code/no-code platforms to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project management activities, ensuring successful project delivery, and leveraging low-code/no-code tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :
Project Management :

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Low-code/No-code Development :

• Utilize low-code/no-code platforms to design, develop, and implement solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications.

• Maintain and update existing low-code/no-code applications as needed.

Stakeholder Management :

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

• Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and documentation.

Process Improvement :

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

• Leverage low-code/no-code tools to automate workflows and enhance productivity.

Team Coordination :

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Provide guidance and support to team members on project-related tasks.

Compliance and Documentation :

• Ensure all project activities comply with organizational policies and standards.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on low-code/no-code platforms.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

• Proficiency in using low-code/no-code development platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, Mendix, etc.).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills :

• PMP or other project management certification.

• Experience in agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
