Project Management Officer (PMO)

Location: Vietnam, fully on-site

About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive PMO to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic and operational projects. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with business and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support project planning, timelines, resource coordination, risk management, and action tracking.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and RAID logs.
• Act as the central point of coordination between project teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Coordinate project meetings and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare regular management reports highlighting project progress, KPIs, risks, and issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements to PMO processes, templates, and tools.

Who We're Looking For

• Professional proficiency in Chinese and the local language.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a junior PMO role.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, Confluence, or MS Office.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and the project lifecycle.
• Strong organisational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or brokerage is preferred.
• CAPM, PMP, or Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
