Project Management - Servicenow

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution involving ServiceNow and Salesforce platforms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Track project revenue, costs, budgets, and overall financial performance.
• Perform revenue recognition and reconciliation between ServiceNow and Oracle after revenue is triggered.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and internal governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, or Project Coordination.
• Hands-on experience working with both ServiceNow and Salesforce is mandatory.
• Understanding of project financials, revenue tracking, cost management, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience working with Oracle ERP or similar financial systems is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
