Project Management Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Management Specialist to drive the planning, implementation, monitoring, and successful completion of strategic projects across the Brand Growth Center.

The role will translate business requirements and management initiatives into structured project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor timelines and deliverables, identify risks and blockers, and ensure projects achieve measurable results.

The position will also support process improvement, change management, business expansion initiatives, and digital/e-commerce operations, while serving as the program owner for the Agency Graduation Program (AGP).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from planning through implementation, assessment, and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, owners, and success measures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure accountability for project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Prepare project status reports, action trackers, and project documentation.
• Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, process maps, RACI, policies, and governance standards.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, duplicated work, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead change management initiatives, including change-impact assessments, communication, implementation, and adoption monitoring.
• Manage special projects related to platform initiatives, business expansion, operational improvement, and organizational development.
• Monitor project resources, schedules, milestones, and costs where applicable.
• Own and monitor the Agency Graduation Program (AGP), including readiness tracking, gap identification, action planning, and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, Change Management, E-commerce Operations, or Digital Operations.
• Strong project planning, coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, TikTok Shop, TSP, agency operations, or digital commerce is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and project management tools is an advantage.
