Project Management Specialist (SaaS & E-Commerce)

Role Overview

Are you an agile, detail-oriented tech project manager?

We are hiring a Project Management Specialist to lead dynamic software delivery for our E-Commerce and SaaS initiatives.

You will oversee project execution from kickoff to release, collaborating directly with cross-functional development teams and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• End-to-End Project Execution: Formulate detailed work plans, team structures, and risk management strategies with PMO leadership.
• Sprint & Agile Facilitation: Lead daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog preparation, demos, and retrospectives.
• Stakeholder & Scope Management: Track milestones, report project health, handle scope changes seamlessly, and maintain strong stakeholder alignment.
• Multi-Project Delivery: Concurrently manage multiple software, web, or mobile development projects.
• Team Leadership: Foster an open, collaborative environment while managing 5 to 10-person project teams.

What We're Looking For

• Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant technical fields.
• Experience: 2+ years of tech project management experience centered on SaaS or E-Commerce solutions.
• Methodologies: Strong practical knowledge of SDLC frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Technical Track Record: Hands-on experience in resource deployment, release management, and software build cycles.
• Core Competencies: Proactive risk management, clear decision-making, and strong conflict-resolution skills.
