Project Manager (1 year contract)

About the role

Responsible for coordinating and managing client relationships and overseeing all relevant teams to ensure work meets objectives. Control production costs and maximize profit for the company within the defined budget. Ensure work efficiency and support the organization's goal of achieving maximum customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with team members to prepare and compile presentations for client submission
• Serve as the central point of contact between the company and clients
• Meet and coordinate with clients to discuss and identify their objectives and requirements, ensuring proposed work aligns with the brief and can be delivered within timeframe and budget
• Prepare and summarize briefs for colleagues including strategy, creative, production, online media, and social media teams, and external parties
• Work with planners to develop campaigns that meet client briefs and budgets, and implement marketing strategies
• Set project and production timelines aligned with work and monitor progress against planned schedules
• Have authority to make decisions on team work for client sales
• Prepare Purchasing Estimates (PE), present to clients, and coordinate with clients on payment collection
• Prepare reports to submit to clients upon project completion
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients
• Inspect all work before delivery to clients
• Manage and supervise subordinates in the team to ensure effective work performance
• Recruit, contact, select, and coordinate with freelancers in various positions to support the team, plan work, and oversee team execution
• Manage costs and profits of projects for maximum efficiency
• For events: coordinate and oversee producer work in pre-production, production, and post-production phases to ensure work follows the plan and meets client objectives
• For content: coordinate and oversee work in pre-production, production, and post-production phases to ensure work follows the plan and meets client objectives, Control and take responsibility for team work and review team advance payment withdrawals, Recruit, select, and coordinate with suppliers including work inspection for payment processing, Prepare relevant project documents such as Operation Manuals for shoots and content production

About you

• Minimum age 30 years old with bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager, Producer, or Account Manager in a Digital Agency, with at least 2 years of experience in events or campaigns
• Experience managing teams, planning, and managing people and time with expertise
• Modern, understanding of contemporary people, especially Gen Z
• Project owner mindset, team leader, and good leader with professionalism
• Adaptable and flexible regarding travel and working hours
• Skilled in negotiation and building good relationships with clients
• Good communication skills, quick to understand, responsive to feedback
• Good listener with strong interpersonal skills and excellent teamwork abilities
• Good English language skills will be given special consideration
