Job Summary Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.

• Interface with client management and maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projects
• Monitor to ensure quality control expectations are met
• Manage schedules to ensure contract compliance
• Review employee performance
• Ability to execute constructive discipline process
• Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines
• Other projects as assigned
• Report payroll
• Maintain all compliance and safety regulations
• Upkeep of proper supplies and inventory orders
• Minimum of three (3) years managing janitorial operation
• Flexibility with hours and schedule
• Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
