Required Skills

A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets:

Lead IT Project Manager, in overseeing medium/large scale IT projects and solutions, comprising sub-projects and distinct deliverables on a rolling deliverable basis; responsible for developing and stewarding related IT Project Management artifacts.

Managing IT projects (as well as formal SDLC and business analysis methodologies) for custom 3-tier web applications, as well as proprietary or customized out-of-the-box systems. Experience managing ACCIS projects is highly preferred.

Knowledge of government IT systems, particularly legacy systems. Experience and knowledge of ACCIS highly preferred.

Presenting and communicating with executive level management.

Managing all aspects of a project, including providing overall guidance and direction, overseeing financial management, and seeing tasks through to completion with minimal guidance.

Proficiency in reviewing project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards.

Demonstrated ability to work well with technical and non-technical resources.

Ability to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project.

Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Strong knowledge of server and application architectures.

Ability to work in cross-functional teams to provide the best solution

Strong customer and quality-focus.
