Project Manager 4

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager 4 to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space.

This role will lead complex project planning and execution efforts across multiple interfaces, with a strong emphasis on disciplined schedule, cost, and risk management. The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross-functional discipline leaders to maintain project baselines, support earned value tracking, and keep stakeholders informed on progress and emerging issues. This is a remote opportunity with work available within the contiguous United States.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $124,400 – $150,138 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and execution of project activities in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Document and maintain project management plans, including baseline and earned value metrics
• Collaborate with discipline managers and project teams to provide priorities, project knowledge, and coordination support
• Identify project issues proactively, manage risks effectively, and escalate concerns when necessary
• Deliver status reports on project performance, schedule, and cost risk to stakeholders
• Coordinate with management on work authorization and assignment of project resources
• Develop and maintain project-specific plans and procedures to support efficient execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 10 years of project management experience involving high complexity and multiple interfaces
• Familiarity with PMI principles and Earned Value Management System practices
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
• Experience leading licensed nuclear design projects and basic knowledge of Pressurized Water Reactor designs
• Understanding of nuclear development and component fabrication in accordance with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission guidelines
• Eligibility to work under DOE 10 CFR Part 810
