What they need
We are seeking a Project Manager with strong Payroll Experience, specifically Holidays Act knowledge to lead this implementation project!
To qualify you will have the ability to
- Proven PM experience delivering end to end complex projects
- Experience working with major payroll platforms, ie Workday, PayGlobal, SuccessFactors or iPayroll
- Must have a strong NZ Holidays Act knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to lead change management, risk management and governance
- Excellent stakeholder engagement!
