Employees have access to:
- A well-being budget
- A self-development budget
- A work-from-home budget
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects across the organisation.
This is a hands-on role where you will manage projects end to end, turning incomplete or ambiguous input into structured, actionable work and ensuring delivery stays aligned with defined outcomes.
You will coordinate closely across Product, Support, and Development, while taking ownership of both client-facing projects and internal initiatives.
You will act as the single point of accountability for project delivery, ensuring work moves efficiently through the pipeline, priorities are clear, and stakeholders remain aligned.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring clear outcomes, responsibilities, and accountability.
- Take incomplete, unclear, or ambiguous requirements from clients, stakeholders, or leadership and work with the Product team to turn them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Translate requirements into structured tickets, user stories, and delivery plans.
- Take full ownership of Jira across multiple projects, including workflows, boards, structure, permissions, and general project hygiene.
- Manage the delivery pipeline across Product, Support, and Development, ensuring work is prioritised and sequenced in line with the leadership roadmap.
- Coordinate across departments to keep projects moving smoothly and remove delivery blockers.
- Define project success metrics and track progress against agreed outcomes.
- Manage long-term project plans while balancing shorter-term feature and product delivery.
- Control scope, change requests, timelines, and client expectations in a structured and realistic way.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders, including confidently challenging or pushing back when requirements, scope, or timelines are unrealistic.
- Track progress, identify risks early, and take proactive action to resolve issues.
- Provide clear, concise updates on project status, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and ways of working.
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
3–5 years of Project Management experience within a software or SaaS environment.
Strong experience owning and steering projects towards clear, measurable outcomes.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to take unclear or incomplete requirements and turn them into structured, actionable work.
Experience working closely with Product and Development teams, while coordinating across other functions such as Support.
Strong experience defining and tracking project success metrics.
Confidence to challenge clients and internal stakeholders when timelines, requirements, or scope are unrealistic.
The ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing long-term initiatives with shorter-term delivery.
A strong ownership mindset, focused on outcomes rather than simply following process.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Hands-on experience owning and administering Jira, including:
- Workflows
- Boards
- Permissions
- Project structure
- Multiple concurrent projects
Familiarity with structured project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.
Nice to Have
It would be advantageous to have:
Experience within EdTech or working with schools or educational organisations.
Experience delivering complex software systems or modules such as:
- Scheduling
- Reporting
- Assessments
Exposure to product thinking, Product Management, or Business Analysis functions.
Why Join?
This is an opportunity to join an established and growing EdTech SaaS business at an exciting stage of its international expansion.
You’ll have significant ownership, work across multiple areas of the organisation, and play a key role in improving how complex projects are planned and delivered.
The company offers a collaborative and inclusive working environment, strong work/life balance, and dedicated budgets for well-being, professional development, and working from home.
Other offers great for you!
