Project Manager (Activation)

About the role

Project Manager for Brand Experience Division, a provider of product sampling, demonstration promotion and personalized event activation services for in-store.

Key responsibilities

• Coordination, monitoring and controlling (pre-during-post/closing) the event according to client's request
• Create and/or cooperate with Account & Production Team for tasks list based on the brief with clear agreed PIC & working/production timeline
• Work during the event (outside office hours and stand by to project visit out of town) if needed
• Create effective working timeline based on priority, difficulty level & the load
• Make project budgeting, planning, analyze and implement activation and give insight

About you

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• 2 years experience in Agency, Advertising, Event Organizer or Digital Media
• Able to operate MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Knowledge about Adobe Photoshop (not required)
• Strong interpersonal skill, fast response and full of initiative
• Demonstrates attention to detail and organization skills
• Good communication and interpersonal communication, adaptable, professional, courteous and highly motivated
• Able to work individually or in a team
• Willing to work in Bintaro-South Jakarta
• Willing to work in the Bintaro-South Jakarta (ASAP)
