Project Manager (Agile & Large-Scale Program)

• Manage full lifecycle of core large-scale projects, covering initiation, WBS decomposition, schedule control, risk governance, delivery and retrospectives to ensure efficient, high-quality output.
• Lead Agile delivery via Scrum/Kanban, host sprint planning, daily standups, review and retrospective meetings to stabilize R&D iteration rhythm and boost delivery efficiency.
• Build standardized task management system: conduct work breakdown, assignment and real-time tracking, coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve delivery bottlenecks.
• Communicate with internal teams (R&D, Product, QA, Operations) and external partners to align requirements, progress, scope changes and risks for smooth cross-party collaboration.
• Identify, alert and mitigate schedule, resource and scope risks, formulate contingency plans to avoid delays and reworks, and hit project targets.
• Compile project plans, iteration schemes, status & retrospective reports, accumulate PM experience and optimize internal management workflows.
• Control project quality, cost and schedule, and drive standardized, refined iteration of the company’s project management system.

Qualification

• Core Mandatory Standards: Excellent English, proficient Agile PM, strong communication, adaptable to high-intensity large projects
• Quick thinking, strong execution and stress resistance, fit for fast-paced, heavy-load large project work.
• Fluent oral & written English; able to write English documents, hold English meetings and communicate with overseas partners without language barriers.
• Master Agile frameworks with solid Scrum & iteration practice; capable of full-cycle Agile project operation; large Agile project experience preferred.
• Skilled in task management and mainstream PM tools, experienced in work breakdown, schedule & resource coordination; independent large project delivery experience preferred.
• Outstanding cross-departmental communication & coordination skills, logical and empathetic, good at resolving team conflicts and clearing work roadblocks.
• Proficient in using AI tools to improve work efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, 1–3+ years PM experience in Internet/software R&D; independent large key project experience preferred; PMP, CSM certifications are pluses.
• Strong sense of responsibility, target orientation and execution, sensitive risk awareness, good at process optimization and experience precipitation, quick to learn to match fast team growth.
