Project Manager (AI projects), Contract

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end system enhancement projects, including gathering operational needs and drafting comprehensive user requirement specifications.
• Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accurate setup and execution of business parameters.
• Participate in and drive smart automation initiatives, focusing on OCR, RPA, and AI integration within banking workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical vendors to ensure smooth project rollout and process optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience within the banking industry in a project role.
• Hands-on project management experience with AI / RPA implementations is strongly preferred.
• Sound understanding of core banking products, workflows, and operational risks.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
